Accessibility

The main entrance to this venue is via the Hotel Grand Chancellor off Davey Street. This venue has level access, but has limited accessible seating. Level access is available in the stalls, while seating for people who use wheelchairs is available on the balcony. Aisle seats in the stalls provide level access seating, however the floor has a steady decline on entry to the venue and stalls, and a steady incline on return to the exit.

When purchasing tickets, seating for people who use wheelchairs is clearly marked on the balcony seating map. Accessible toilets are available at Ground Level, to the left of the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra box office counter. All public entry points into the venue are fitted with automatic glass doors.

Accessible parking is available in the Hotel Grand Chancellor turning circle off Davey Street, in the Dunn Place car park at TMAG, and by Mures.
