Accessibility

The main entrance to MyState Bank Arena is Entry 2. The multiple entry points at the front of the venue are fully accessible. There is lift and ramp access from the Main Foyer to the lower level near doors 1 and 3.

The venue has wheelchair accessible areas with adjacent seats for companions and guests, on the Arena Floor (Lower Level). Wheelchair storage is available for guests who wish to transfer to a seat from their wheelchair. Please notify staff, who will make these arrangements for you.

Accessible toilet facilities are on the main concourse. The venue is also fitted with an Adult Change Facility which includes an adult sized change table, ceiling hoist, a peninsula toilet, privacy screen and additional circulation space.

Foyer space is quieter during the event but no dedicated rooms are available.

There is often high demand for accessible parking at this venue, so it’s best to check your parking options early, and allow yourself plenty of time to get to the show on the day. Accessible parking is available in the main car park near Entry 1. There is a limited number of car parks designated specifically for accessibility pass holder parking. These spaces are free, and they fill up quickly.
