Ana Roš

World-class chef Ana Roš teams up with Rodney Dunn and Stephen Peak of The Agrarian Kitchen to craft a four course winter banquet. Drawing from the bountiful land that surrounds us, this collaboration brings forth Slovenian-inspired dishes created with uniquely Tasmanian ingredients.

The self-taught Slovenian chef is stepping into the fires of the Winter Feast to reimagine the traditional fare of the ancient Slavic solstice festival of Koliada. Owner and chef at the helm of two Michelin star restaurant Hiša Franko, Ana has been featured in the documentary series Chef's Table, and was named world's best female chef by The World's 50 Best Restaurants academy in 2017.
